SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

We are looking for a part time Sales Associate to join our team at the Brasswood Boutique Bottle shop. Someone who is energetic, fashion-forward with food wine knowledge and has great attention to detail.

Brasswood Boutique Bottle Shop is a women's clothing store with a Napa Valley twist. In our shop, along with women’s fashion, we feature some of our own Brasswood Estate Wines as well as hand selected local spirits. Our boutique has brand recognizable clothing, a wide variety of seasonal fashion with unique hand selected jewelry and accessories.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure a seamless, optimal customer service experience by greeting and interacting with customers, knowing current fashion trends, product/designer knowledge, and understanding of Brasswood Estate’s departments and overall brand story vision.
• Build relationships with regular customers by supporting them in learning their preferred brands/styles, following up on purchases and when new arrivals of their style hit the store.
• Learn and engage in sales strategies, established by the Boutique Manager.
• Restock merchandise on floor and organize stock room.
• Opening and closing store procedures.
• Receive and display new merchandise.
• Operate POS system.
• Maintain the boutique's overall presentation and cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• Highly organized and keen attention to detail
• Enthusiastic about fashion, trends and styling customers, with a comprehensive understanding of all store products
• Ability to work with a team and independently at times
• Retail customer service skills and overall positive attitude
• Familiarity with retail POS systems a plus
• Basic knowledge of food, wine and the Napa Valley
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
